GAMMA RAY Confirmed For Greece's ROCKWAVE Festival

German power metallers GAMMA RAY have been confirmed for the Rockwave Festival, which is scheduled to take place June 18-22 in Athens, Greece. "This announcement comes in a very short notice as the band are taking over from RUNNING WILD who originally had been set to play but have had to cancel their appearance at the event," reads a posting on GAMMA RAY's web site. "Other acts who play on the same day [June 19] as GAMMA RAY are W.A.S.P., SOULFLY, DARK TRANQULITY and FIREWIND."
